The path that I have walked in this lifetime has pushed me to search for meaning far beyond what the eye can see. Over a decade ago, I found myself feeling very disconnected from myself; this felt alarming because even as a young child, I had a very strong sense of who I was: I was intuitive, creative, joyful, I was not easily led, I was content being me and I liked myself too. So, where had that feeling gone? Determined to reconnect with my inner child, I began the deep, gritty work of Soul healing while also navigating the chaos of being a twenty-something in the modern world - this wasn’t always graceful and it certainly was not easy, but it was real. I immersed myself in every healing modality - kinesiology, talk therapy, women’s circles, Ayurveda, ancient shamanic work - you name it. I learned to meditate for 2 hours at a time so that it felt like 2 seconds. I tuned into my deep heart’s core and even when I did not want to hear what it had to say, I listened. I began to learn what a ‘yes’ felt like in my body compared to a ‘no’ - and I acted on it, sometimes to the dismay of those around me. This was not easy, yet the pay off was that slowly, ever so slowly but surely, yes very surely, I began to call each part of myself home and that ol’ feeling of knowing myself, of liking myself, began to return. This dedication to my Soul healing has yielded the most incredible return: I know who I am. I am me, Niamh, and I like myself too. Heal with Niamh is where I hold space for you to come back to yourself. I am gifted with intuitive guidance, Lightcodes and support from ancient Celtic archetypes that form my unique approach to Soul healing. This work is as real as the Sun in the sky, and if you are ready, I am excited to work with you to reclaim the loose or lost parts of your Soul so that you too can look yourself in the eye each day and say ‘I know who I am, and I like me too’.
